Dream job

"What is your dream job?"

My colleague asked me, but I cannot reply soon.

"Hou about you?"

I asked her.

She said 

"I want to come back to Englang and get master degree."

"If I feel boring in this job, I will do so."

It's interesting thought.

We Japanese never think that maybe because most of us don't change the job. We have to think that "the first job is our dream job".

But for her, oue job is just a dot. Things that she want to do exsist beyond it.

she handles fluent English because she has the experience that She study England 6 years. Actually she wanted to study more there but she cannot continue because her family ask her to back to Vietnam. 

"My father has a cancer. It's better I'm by his side"

She said.

And she told me also

"I'll take the day off a month."

"A month? how to get such long day off?"

I was surprised because we have only 12 days as annual day off.

"I just say that to my boss. She understood my situation."

I found that my company is flexible more than I expected.

But the reason the company accept her request is her honest attitude. She didn't hesitate to tell that even to her boss.

It seems that she try to make flat relationship with her boss.

If I were her, can I did same as her?

Maybe I can't.

Why I think I cannot ?

I can live more comfortable. Don't care about what other people's think.

Finally, I can reach the Dream job.

I learned an important mind from her.

Today, I feel not so bad.
